easy to use????? i have mailed many times asking for help. i would like to know 1. why it wont send in an email? its saying my smtp is wrong when i know its right, 2. how do i get it to start recording and why it doesnt automatically? 3. why the hot keys dont work and i would like to say that i think the 'customer service' is not good at all, im left with a product that isnt working and no one is trying to get it sorted for me, not happy at all. what a waste of money.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

how do i start up the program

how do i start up the program, i do know how to unhide bur i can't find a way to launch the program after setting up the preferences and put it into stealthness
